Classic Green Reunion INDOOR Vendor Registration

This event registration is to be used for vendors wanting INDOOR vendor space. 

The “Classic Green Reunion” cordially invites you to submit a Vendor Application for the upcoming reunion to be held on June 15-17, 2023.  This will be the 3rd Classic Green Reunion and look forward to seeing you all again!

Location of 2023 Classic Green Reunion:  Wilson County Expo Center/Fairgrounds Lebanon, TN. 
This is the 3rd Bi-annual CLASSIC GREEN REUNION .  It will be located at Wilson County Expo Center/Wilson County Fairgrounds 916 Tennessee Blvd, Lebanon, TN 37087.

Vendors will have the opportunity to be inside for smaller vendors as well as outdoor space for large, trailer vendors.  The options are as follows:

  • Inside Booth Space:  10’x10’ space is $100.  8’ Tables are available for $10/each  Electricity is  $25. Vendors must be in place by 8:00 pm on Wednesday and remain until 5:00 pm on Saturday. No trailers will be allowed to remain inside the building during the show. All items offered for sale by indoor vendors must be of the size that the purchaser can carry the item out of the building. (No large tractor parts can be at indoor vendor spaces)  

  • Outside Booth Space:  Outside trailer space is also available

  • 20’x20’=$200

  • 20’x30’=$250

  • 20’x40’=$300

  • 20’x50’=$350

Vendors must be in place by 8:00 pm on Wednesday and remain until 5:00 pm on Saturday

  • Vendors will receive wristbands for each worker, not to exceed 2 wristbands per space purchased. Numbers in excess of this would need to be purchased at the regular rate.

  • If you need to set up near another vendor, contact Dan Misener and he will work with you.

  • **PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**:  When selecting one of the trailer size options, please calculate the trailer length including the tables and merchandise.  We need the total space you intend to use.  If your trailer exceeds 50’ in length, please contact Dan Misener.

IMPORTANT!—ASSISTANCE UPON ARRIVAL:  Upon arrival and BEFORE unloading, please see one of the “CLASSIC GREEN REUNION” workers, who will be in reflective vests, in the Loading Dock/Service Area for details.  We anticipate some congestion in the Service Area on arrival day.   “CLASSIC GREEN REUNION” staff will assist you in accessing your vendor space in the hall and outside as quickly as possible.

Tuesday, June 13, 2023 Noon to 8:00 p.m. move in and setup*.

Wednesday, June 14, 2023 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. move in and setup Doors lock at 8:00 p.m.*

Thursday, June 15, 2023 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. doors open to vendors.

9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. show open to general public*

Vendor meeting Friday, June 16, 2023 7 a.m. in LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED.  Coffee and donuts will be provided.  This is your chance to talk with planners and improve the vendor area.

Friday, June 16, 2023 
7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. doors open to vendors.

9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. show open to general public. Saturday, June 17, 2023 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. doors open to vendors. Overhead doors will open at 8:00 p.m.  NO EXHIBITS, OR VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO MOVE UNTIL 8:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. show open to general public

*Please know vendors can close their area earlier if desired to attend other “Reunion” activities.

If you wish to have electricity at your table(s) or trailer, please make sure to add that on your vendor application.  The fee for electricity is $25. 

Breakdown of the vendor hall will begin at 8:00 p.m. sharp on Saturday.  This will permit an orderly dismantling of the vendor area and allow sufficient preparation time for those attending the banquet. Please plan to join us for a thank you breakfast on Sunday, June 18, 2023 and tear down then.

  The vendor fee includes conference registration for two individuals.  If there are additional members in your party, please indicate their full names on the attached application and include the additional $25 per person registration fee. 

BANQUET:  If you and members of your party would like to attend the banquet on Saturday evening, June 17 please reserve those on our website when they become available. 

  Please limit your goods to John Deere and farm-related items that focus on the two-cylinder and New Generation eras.

Refunds will NOT be available after May 10, 2023.

  The phrase “Classic Green” has been Service Marked.  If you wish to offer merchandise with this phrase, please contact Chris Boyens or Dan Misener.
