CGR25 Show Information

The show will be held Thursday, June 12 through Saturday, June 14, at the WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIR PARK & CONFERENCE CENTER, 3000 Hwy PV, West Bend, WI 53095. See the separate schedule for show events and times.


Event registration is now open for everyone.

Admission for spectators is $15 per day, or $40 for the entire event. Children ages 17 and under are free.  Exhibitors will be issued two wristbands free of charge. There is no charge for parking.

 

Pets are not permitted on show grounds (except camping area), only service animals are allowed on the grounds per facility regulations. Owners are responsible for clean-up after their animals and must be leashed.

 

Banquet tickets, Tour Tickets, Fish Fry Tickets, and Trivia Night tickets may be picked up at the Show Office (Location "A" shown on the map).

 

No outside food or drink may be brought into facility (Park Regulations).

 

TRANSPORTATION

Liability associated with golf carts/allowed vehicles will be assumed by the registered owner/driver listed on the Classic Green Golf Cart Waiver and Release of Liability (Agreement).

Exhibits utilized for personal transportation around the show grounds fall under this transportation policy and must also be registered as a golf cart/vehicle.

Golf carts, Gators, Rangers, and similar UTVs are allowed to be used on the grounds.

  • All riding cart/vehicles shall be under 60” wide.
  • Drivers and riders must always be seated, and the capacity is not to exceed manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Golf Cart (vehicle) must yield the right of way to all pedestrians and exhibited machinery.
  • Golf Cart (vehicle) must have working head/tail lights if operated after dark.
  • Golf Cart (vehicle) must have a working muffler.
  • All Golf Carts (vehicles) shall be parked during quiet hours – 10:00pm to 6:00 am.
  • Maximum speed is 5 MPH, and operators must obey all posted signs.
  • Must have Valid Driver’s License on your person to operate the vehicle.

EXAMPLES OF ACCEPTABLE GOLF CART (VEHICLE):

  • “Golf Cart” 3 or 4 wheeled designed for operation on a golf course.
  • “Gator” type unit 3 or 4 wheeled, designed with dump bed.
  • “Lark type” ELECTRIC scooters.

EXAMPLES OF GOLF CART (VEHICLE): NOT ALLOWED

  • Bicycles, Mopeds, Motorcycles, 3 or 4 wheeled go karts.
  • R-spec, RZR, High lifters.
  • Recreational off-road side by sides without a dump bed.

Overloaded unsafe golf carts (vehicles), speeding, hill climbing, or any form of dangerous operation will not be tolerated. The Classic Green Board of Directors reserve the right to determine what “vehicles” are acceptable or not allowed. Furthermore, Classic Green will have the final determinations as to what constitutes “safe operation” for the protection of our members, volunteers and guests.

There will be a $15/day or $40/entire event cart permit fee that must be purchased at the show. This includes rental golf carts (the permit cost is not part of the golf cart rental agreement). Proof of liability insurance required. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license.

Disability: Electric scooters for disability purposes are exempt and do not need to register.  If the use of a Golf Cart (vehicle) is required for disability purposes, the cart permit fee is discounted to $10 for the entire event. In addition to the required liability insurance proof and a valid driver’s license, a vehicle disability placard or similar documentation is required for the discounted rate.

Golf cart rental is available, but reservations must be made in advance – no onsite rentals will be available! Only single-person mobility devices (electric scooters, wheelchairs, etc.) will be permitted inside buildings. (No fee for such devices)

 

People movers cruising the grounds are expected to be available.

 

A few courtesy golf carts operated by Classic Green officials will be available for rides.

EXHIBITOR & VENDOR INFO

Setup day for exhibits is Wednesday, June 11th, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Do not bring exhibits before that time.

Steel wheels are not allowed on asphalt or concrete surfaces – only on grass in designated areas. 

 

Exhibitor daily parking is with spectators in the south lot.

 

Absorbent pads will be provided to place under any exhibit that may drip oil or grease.

 

Tire dressing must be applied to tires prior to entering buildings so no dressing overspray gets on floor. It cannot be applied or sprayed on inside buildings; if used, it must be applied outside, then the vehicle may be moved inside.

 

Nighttime security will be provided.


Nothing can be put into the ground without prior approval by the park facility. This includes flags, tent stakes, or polls. A plan to put things in the ground is required at least 30 days before the show starts to request Wisconsin Diggers Hotline flag the areas to keep from damaging underground utilities.


Exhibits in the Ziegler Family Expo Center Building must be in place before 8:00 pm Wednesday, June 11th, and remain in place until Saturday, June 14th at 3:00 pm through 5:00 pm OR until 7:00 am, Sunday, June 15.
